Dr Erin Manners is a founding partner and Co-CEO of Koballion, and brings over 20+ years of experience driving operational excellence for leading Defense Contractors and Fortune 500’s. Mr Manners played a pivotal role in the second largest IT acquisition in US history, experienced managing server infrastructures and data-center operations across multiple platforms (Linux, Windows) and effectively plan, install, configure and optimize the IT infrastructure to consistently achieve high availability and performance. Proven ability to create and deliver solutions tied to business growth, organizational development and systems/network optimization. Skilled problem identifier and troubleshooter, comfortable managing systems, projects and teams in a range of IT environments adept at applying systems engineering principles for system design, requirement identification, quality assurance, and risk mitigation techniques. Mr Manners is consistently recognized for Project Management, Cloud Solutions Architecture, Systems Administration, Engineering, Contingency Planning excellence and dedicated customer commitment. Mr Manners – holds a Bachelors degree from Rutgers University, a Masters degree from Colorado Technical University and a Doctoral degree from Capella University.

Whether it's bringing a left-for-dead BMW back to life or doing a full Datacenter overhaul, making things work as designed makes Edson tick. Edson has been working in or on computers since he was 8 years old. Some past jobs include full office IT setup's for offshore banks and hotels as a teenager, Wide Area Networking Campus design at University, Big Data Storage architecting at an HPC or Data Center rearchitecting at his current 9 to 5. While most modern datacenter build-outs require knowledge in all areas of IT, Edson specializes in Hardware Acquisition, Infrastructure Architecting and install along with base systems provisioning.
